About the Author Geninne D Zlatkis is an artist, illustrator, and graphic designer. She lives in the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico, at 7,000 feet above sea level with her husband, Manolo, their two sons, and an adorable Red Heeler mix named Zorro. Geninne was born in New York, but shortly after her birth, her parents began traveling around South America, where she lived in seven different countries and attended several English-language schools. After studying architecture in Chile for a couple of years, she moved to Mexico City and switched her focus to art. Geninne works in a variety of media, including watercolor, ink, and pencil, and she often incorporates her great love of birds and flowers into her art. Every year I try to hone closer in on the perfect planner... Not too big and small enough to fit easily in purse, but plenty of space to write in normal writing and not have to scrunch... Sturdy covers to not be too torn up by the end of the year... Spiral to not be a creased up mess and be easier to write in... Band to keep all papers shut... AND, most of all, motivational-ly fun/quirky/bright art without being too cutesy/precious/cloying... This planner is PERFECT! I wish I'd found Geninne Zlatkis years ago! The matching stickers are also for sale on Amazon and perfectly correspond with the planner. Highly recommended.
